True Title, Inc., is a company setting the standard industry wide. We at True Title are committed to excellence in customer service and have provided quality service to our customers since 1998.

True Title is a family owned and operated business with a total of 77 years experience in the industry. True Title was founded on the grounds of loyalty, pride and commitment to serving it’s customers with excellence in service.

G. Patrick Hand, Jr., along with his lovely wife Jean Hand, raised two boys, Patrick Hand and Timothy F. Hand. Mr. G. Patrick Hand, or Mr. Pat, as everyone calls him, has set an example of being a professional leader in this industry. Mr. Pat has been an attorney in New Orleans since 1965.

Jean Hand, or as everyone calls her, Ms. Jean, is currently the Marketing Director for the corporate office in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Patrick and Timothy F. Hand followed in their father’s footsteps and learned the value of being “true professionals” with a teaching of honesty and integrity. Patrick Hand graduated from Loyola University Law School in 1991 and Timothy F. Hand graduated from Louisiana State University Law School in 1996.

Timothy F. Hand, with his father and brother at his side, founded True Title in January of 1998. Timothy F. Hand heads the corporate office located in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Patrick Hand now heads True Title Exams, a division of True Title which is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Mr. Pat is still the head of the Hand Law Firm also located in New Orleans, Louisiana.

In 2003 True Title was awarded for achieving Presidential Status with Chicago Title Insurance Company in Florida. It was the first time ever that a title company achieved Presidential Status in its first year of doing business with Chicago Title.  True Title duplicated its efforts in 2004 and 2005 further achieving Presidential status for the third time.
