Mr. Holmes is currently a partner with Hand, Holmes, Pilie’ & Matthews, LLC and concentrates in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, banking and finance, condominium development, lease negotiations, and zoning and land use issues. Mr. Holmes is also experienced in the area of title examination and is a licensed Louisiana Title Insurance Agent. While previously at Adams and Reese, Mr. Holmes worked extensively on the reorganization of the Harrah’s Casino Rebirth Project where he participated in the negotiations with both the City of New Orleans and State of Louisiana. Recently, Mr. Holmes has represented various clients in the financing and development of subdivisions, condominiums, shopping centers, stand-alone retail outlets, industrial uses, hotels and multi- family apartment complexes. These projects have ranged in size from $1,000,000.00 up to $100,000,000.00.
