Sean Pilié is currently a partner with Hand, Holmes, Pilié & Matthews, LLC and has extensive practice in Real Estate and primarily handles both residential and commercial transaction. Mr. Pilié is experienced in converting property into condominium regimes and condominium development. In additional, Mr. Pilié has handled contract disputes, worker’s compensation cases and various types of personal injury cases. Mr. Pilié also handles Succession and Estate matters, formation of Corporations and negotiating and creating leases.
Mr. Pilié has represented numerous clients in all aspects of developing both residential and commercial property, including tax issues, zoning, financing, title searches, surveys and issuing title insurance. Additionally, Mr. Pilié is a licensed title agent in the state of Louisiana.
