A practicing attorney for True Title, “Tim” performs title examinations, conducts closings and personally handles legal issues that may arise relative to the transactions. Tim’s real estate practice encompasses both residential and complex commercial transactions. Tim also practices law in the areas of successions, business/asset sales and acquisitions, contracts, lease negotiation and personal injury. Tim is married and has a daughter and a son.

G. Patrick Hand has practiced in various areas of law including prosecution and defense of criminal charges, personal injury litigation, domestic litigation and corporate advice and litigation. Pat has worked in the United States Attorney’s Office, the Assistant District Attorney’s office in New Orleans and was also appointed to the Louisiana Supreme Court as Judge Ad Hoc in Division “O” of the 24th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson. In returning to private practice Pat became one of the founding members of True Title.

Patrick specializes in residential and commercial real estate abstracting and closings; prosecution and defense of criminal charges; personal injury; family law; successions and estates; commercial, business and construction litigation; business/asset sales and acquisitions; and contract negotiation. Prior to True Title, Patrick practiced as an Assistant District Attorney for the Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s Office. Patrick is one of the founders of True Title, overseeing expansion into Florida and continuing to lead True Title’s Florida operations today.

With more than three decades’ experience in the real estate industry and title industry, Jean is responsible for nurturing and maintaining client relationships for True Title. She is an active member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, the Women’s Council of Realtors – New Orleans Metropolitan Chapter, Mortgage Lenders’ Association and the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women. She has received various awards and recognitions for her participation and service.
